A CNMC (energy regulator) Report the on supervision of the effective consent of the consumer to the change of energy provider of January 11, 2024, has recently been published. The report is the result of an analyze carried out by the CNMC with the aim of verifying whether consumers really grant their consent when they make the change of energy provider, both in the electrical sector, as in the gas sector.
