On 29 June last, Law 11/2022, of 28 June, General Telecommunications Law was published in the Official State Gazette (BOE). The purpose of this law is to transpose Directive 2018/1972, of 11 December 2018, establishing the European Electronic Communications Code, as well as to adapt the regulation to the ever-changing reality of the telecommunications sector.
