According to the IDAE website, the Self-consumption Office is “a space for information and advice within IDAE, aimed at supporting consumers (individuals, businesses, and companies) who wish to adopt a self-consumption installation.”
Furthermore, the IDAE website states that the Self-consumption Office establishes a transparent and easily accessible channel for citizens to submit their inquiries. According to IDAE, the Self-consumption Office will handle queries regarding self-consumption installations, clarifying regulatory, technical, and procedural doubts, and directing consumers to the relevant authority competent to resolve the issue, while guiding them on the steps to follow in each case.
