Toutes les mesures adopt\u00e9es figurent dans le D\u00e9cret-loi royal 6\/2022 du 29 mars (ci-apr\u00e8s \u00ab DLR 6\/2022 \u00bb), entr\u00e9 en vigueur le 31 mars 2022.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"512\" data-end=\"660\">En ce qui concerne les locations, le DLR 6\/2022 introduit la limitation extraordinaire de la r\u00e9vision du loyer des contrats de location de logement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"662\" data-end=\"1163\">Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l&rsquo;article 18 de la Loi sur les Baux Urbains (ci-apr\u00e8s \u00ab LAU \u00bb), l&rsquo;IPC constitue le montant maximum l\u00e9gal pour la r\u00e9vision annuelle du loyer des contrats de location de logement. Face aux donn\u00e9es \u00e9lev\u00e9es de l&rsquo;IPC publi\u00e9es pour les mois de f\u00e9vrier et mars 2022, respectivement 7,6 % et 9,8 %, et pr\u00e9voyant le maintien de niveaux tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9s au cours des prochains mois, le Gouvernement a approuv\u00e9 une limite maximale pour la r\u00e9vision des loyers, comme \u00e9tabli \u00e0 l&rsquo;article 46 du DLR 6\/2022.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1165\" data-end=\"1487\">En application de ce qui est pr\u00e9vu dans le DLR 6\/2022, pour les contrats de location de logement dont le loyer doit \u00eatre r\u00e9vis\u00e9 aux mois d&rsquo;avril, mai ou juin 2022, la variation de l\u2019Indice de Garantie de Comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 (ci-apr\u00e8s \u00ab IGC \u00bb) \u00e0 la date de r\u00e9vision du contrat de location sera utilis\u00e9e comme valeur de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1489\" data-end=\"1992\">La r\u00e9glementation applicable \u00e0 l\u2019IGC pr\u00e9voit que lorsque le taux de variation de cet indice est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 0 %, celui-ci sera pris comme valeur de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, ce qui \u00e9quivaudrait \u00e0 l\u2019application de la r\u00e8gle de non-r\u00e9vision. De m\u00eame, lorsque le taux de variation de cet indice d\u00e9passe l\u2019objectif \u00e0 moyen terme d\u2019inflation annuelle de la Banque Centrale Europ\u00e9enne (2 %), cet objectif sera pris comme valeur de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, fixant ainsi des limites, l\u2019IGC ne pouvant \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 0 % ni sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 2 %.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1994\" data-end=\"2338\">Par cons\u00e9quent, bien que la derni\u00e8re r\u00e9vision publi\u00e9e de l\u2019IGC soit de 2,75 %, correspondant au mois de f\u00e9vrier 2022, la valeur maximale applicable \u00e0 la r\u00e9vision des loyers des contrats de location de logement sera de 2 % durant les mois d\u2019avril, mai et juin, cette p\u00e9riode \u00e9tant consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme provisoire, puisqu\u2019elle pourrait \u00eatre prorog\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2340\" data-end=\"2612\">La norme s\u2019applique \u00e0 toutes les locations de logement, et \u00e0 tous les bailleurs, qu\u2019ils soient ou non grands propri\u00e9taires.
